SUMMARY:Visit to Lambeth Palace Library [TG4v/Lambeth]
DESCRIPTION:\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nLambeth Palace Library is the historic library a
 nd record office of the Archbishops of Canterbury and the national library
  and archive of the Church of England. Its collections have been freely av
 ailable for research from 1610\, when it was founded under the will of Arc
 hbishop Richard Bancroft.\n\nThe library now has a purpose-built home for 
 the first time\, designed by Wright &amp\; Wright Architects. Completed in
  2020\, the new Library is a sensitive addition to the site of the Grade I
  listed Palace and is the first new building on the site for 185 years.\n\
 nThis visit will comprise of a talk\, a tour of the Library and an opportu
 nity to look at a small display.\n\nAccessibility: This tour will include 
 stairs but can be adapted if required. Please let us know in advance by em
 ailing cpd25@london.ac.uk if this might apply to you.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n\nBook

 aries only.\n\nTo reserve a space on the waiting list please use our onlin

 pd25 visit you find that you are unable to attend\, we ask that you let u
 s know this as soon as possible.\n\nVisits are free of charge but cancella
 tions received less than three working days before the event will be charg
 ed a £15 cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day\, 
 £25 will be charged.\n\nPlease note that advance booking is required\, yo
 u may be turned away on the day if you do not reserve your place in advanc
 e.
