We also house archives\, photographs\, ma ps and artworks produced all over the Muslim world over a period of more t han five centuries. In addition\, the Ismaili Special Collections Unit is home to around 3000 rare and distinctive manuscripts in a variety of lan guages including Arabic\, Persian and Indic languages. The collections at the Aga Khan Library and the Ismaili Special Collections Unit support res earch and teaching activities at The Institute of Ismaili Studies (IIS) an d The Aga Khan University’s Institute for the Study of Muslim Civilisati ons (AKU-ISMC).\n\nThe visit will include:\n\n- A tour of the Aga Khan Cen tre (including gardens)\n\n- Aga Khan Centre Gallery (Quran exhibition)\n\ n- Aga Khan Library tour &\; Ismaili Special Collections’ display\n\n - Tea &\; Coffee\, networking\n\n \;\n\nBookings for visits are fre e of charge but are open to members of the M25 Consortium of Academic Libr aries only.\n\n*Registration for this visit has now closed*\n\nIf subseque nt to booking a place on a cpd25 visit you find that you are unable to att end\, we ask that you let us know this as soon as possible.
