SUMMARY:Visit to the UCL Student Centre[TG4v/UCL]
DESCRIPTION:\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nJoin us for an exclusive tour of the UCL Student
  Centre – a state-of-the-art facility designed to enhance the student ex
 perience. Opened in 2019\, the UCL Student Centre is located in the heart 
 of UCL’s Bloomsbury campus and boosts 1\,000 study spaces over eight lev
 els catering for a variety of learning preferences – from quiet\, indivi
 dual study to dynamic\, collaborative work areas. Designed by Nicholas Har
 e Architects and built by Mace\, the Centre is a flagship for sustainabili
 ty and achieved BREEAM 'Outstanding'\, the highest measure of a building
 ’s environmental\, social and economic impact. The tour will also includ
 e a visit to the rooftop terrace with stunning views of London\, an option
 al stop to the popular student café\, and showcases of contemporary art\,
  including a sculpture by Turner Prize-winning artist Rachel Whiteread.\n\
 nAccessibility: This tour will include stairs but can be adapted if requir

 of the M25 Consortium of Academic Libraries only.\n\n To book a place on 
 the waiting list please use our online booking form for M25 Members.\n\nIf
  subsequent to booking a place on a cpd25 visit you find that you are una
 ble to attend\, we ask that you let us know this as soon as possible.\n\nC
 ancellations received less than three working days before the event will b
 e charged a £15 cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the 
 day\, £25 will be charged.\n\nPlease note that advance booking is require
 d\, you may be turned away on the day if you do not reserve your place in 
 advance.
