 nZSL’s Prince Philip Zoological Library and Archives contains a unique c
 ollection of resources on zoology and animal conservation and is one of th
 e oldest and largest libraries of its kind.\n\nFounded in 1826\, ZSL is ne
 aring its 200 year anniversary and as a result has a library and archive c
 ollection filled with beautiful\, unique\, and often strange\, material re
 lating to the subjects of zoology and animal conservation.\n\nOn this tour
  we aim to bring ZSL's history to life by introducing you to some of the o
 ldest items in our care (such as zoology books from the 16th century)\, ar
 twork based on some of our earliest inhabitants\, archives relating to som
 e of our most memorable historic events\, and much more besides.\n\n\n\nAc
 cessibility: ZSL Library is accessed via two flights of stairs. If you wou
 ld like to attend but this would cause you a particular issue\, please let
  us know so we can consider if there are any reasonable adjustments we can
  make for you by contacting cpd25@london.ac.uk.\n\n\n\n\nBookings for visi
 ts are open to members of the M25 Consortium of Academic Libraries only.\n

 n\nIf subsequent to booking a place on a cpd25 visit you find that you ar
 e unable to attend\, we ask that you let us know this as soon as possible.
 \n\nCancellations received less than three working days before the event w
 ill be charged a £15 cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on
  the day\, £25 will be charged.\n\nPlease note that advance booking is re
 quired\, you may be turned away on the day if you do not reserve your plac
 e in advance.
