 lection is one of the world’s major resources for the study of the socia
 l and cultural contexts of health and medicine. Collections span life\, de
 ath and everything in between.\n\nThey have over 2 million items from an a
 ncient Egyptian prescription to the papers of Francis Crick\, from Red or 
 Dead’s HIV/Aids awareness sandals to our new and growing zine collection
 .\n\nCollections also cover more than just books\, journals\, archives and
  manuscripts: they also have a fantastic collection of artworks\, audio an
 d film collections. In addition to manuscripts and printed items from Asia
  and North Africa\, written in over forty separate languages and many diff
 erent scripts.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nBookings for visits are open to members of th
 e M25 Consortium of Academic Libraries only.\n\n*THIS VISIT IS NOW FULL AN
 D A WAITING LIST IS AVAILABLE*\n\nTo reserve a space on the waiting list p
 lease use our online booking form for M25 Members.\n\nIf subsequent to boo
 king a place on a cpd25 visit you find that you are unable to attend\, we
  ask that you let us know this as soon as possible.\n\nVisits are free of 
 charge but cancellations received less than three working days before the 
 event will be charged a £15 cancellation fee. In the event of a last minu
 te cancellation or ‘no-show’ on the day\, £25 will be charged
