 short time\, but in the long term most people experience problems with mot
 ivation and isolation.  This course gives tried and tested guidelines and
  good practices for these situations.\n\nIntro Session:\n\nPlanning Produc
 tivity\n\n&#x2666\;  Intros\, one thing that helps\n\n&#x2666\;  Discuss
 ion: Basic principles\n\n&#x2666\;  Planning Work – the Kim method\n\n&
 #x2666\;  Discussion – extending the method\n\nA discussion of home wor
 king problems and sharing tips that help lead to developing simple plannin
 g tools for organising your home-work\, including the quick ‘Kim’ meth
 od\, which reduces stress and increases motivation. Adapting your own vers
 ion of this method to maximise productivity.\nInformation for joining this
