Participate in our Leadership Briefings

The M25 Consortium Leadership Briefings provide in person opportunities for senior staff from member institutions to come together to learn and share. The Consortium usually holds two briefings per year.

We are currently planning our first session for 25/26 which will look at the areas of:

• business continuity planning
• disaster recovery
• institutional resilience

considering both physical and digital incidents and the impact of these.

The second session is tentatively intended to look at the shared services agenda and explore what shared services and cooperation can take place within the M25 broader region. Any early suggestions for contributions very welcome.
