Evidence Support Manager at The Royal College of Surgeons of England

We are currently recruiting for my maternity leave cover at The Royal College of Surgeons of England (12 months, full-time, fixed-term contract).

As Evidence Support Manager, you’ll lead a lovely, high-performing team of Information Specialists to manage our Evidence Support services such as our literature search service, current awareness service and consultancy work.

You’ll also be a key member of the Library Management team, contributing to strategic decision making, service development, and the promotion of our services across the organisation and to our 20,000+ surgical members.

As this is a leadership role, we’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience in managing a team or service, literature searching and contributing to the development and evolution of library or evidence services.

Salary: £41,655 per annum
Location: Hybrid working, with 20% of time based in our Holborn office (this can be worked flexibly)
Working hours: 35 hours per week (we support flexible working)
