“If you saw yourself as the hero of your own story – what would the book of your life be called? What have been the defining themes of your career journey so far? What kind of story is it? What will the next work chapter hold? And how proud are you of the story you tell?”
– Your Life Plan by Erica Sosna (2014)
In the morning, information professionals with different specialisms will talk about their own experiences and careers, and give practical tips about how to progress in the profession.
In the afternoon, Erica Sosna will hold a workshop where participants will be looking at their experiences and careers so far and identify the next step by using ‘the heroic journey.’

Erica is a popular speaker, author and thinker in the area of careers direction. This year she is offering a number of residential retreats, talks and webinars exploring how to discover your talents and design a career that works for you.
