Library Services building, Goldsmiths, University of London
Speaker: Phil Bradley

CPD25 is pleased to offer a 2 part seminar on Friday 8th May 2009 that aims to explore the use of collaborative software and social networking in libraries and to consider how they may shape the library of the future. The morning will consist of a presentation and discussion while the afternoon will be an opportunity to have some hands on practice with key tools.

Phil Bradley is a well known speaker and writer on internet related issues. His background as a librarian, but also his work in technical support and training, ensures that he is well positioned to understand the challenges librarians face in the 21st century, and to articulate how those challenges can be met using appropriate Internet related resources.

The morning session may be booked separately, if you wish to attend the practical afternoon session you will be expected to book for the whole day.
Lunch will be included in the booking for both morning and whole day.
