This event aims to showcase examples of innovative practice within the sector. This includes initiatives which have focussed on (but not exclusively):
• how to successfully reach out to and engage your institution’s researcher community
• how to get senior institutional ‘buy-in’
• how to assess and find out what researchers want
• how to develop and maintain those relationships

£55 for members and £83 for other institutions.
Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
