This afternoon workshop will explore the value of using games as a tool to encourage engagement, interaction and reflection in a variety of situations, including teaching, training and staff development. The facilitators will share their experiences of using games and other play related activities as a way of enhancing information literacy teaching, but also outside of library workshops as an aid to staff development.

Delegates will have the opportunity to try out games and activities including drawing, card games and Lego and work in groups to develop activities they can use in their own institutions.
