This workshop is designed to share and celebrate the successes and diversity of four key cultural organisations and the lessons we can learn from each other, in terms of service relevance, modernisation, professional practices and audience engagement.

This workshop is part of the cpd25 Aspects programme, aimed at library staff looking to acquire additional skills and knowledge or those working towards CILIP Chartership.

£45.00 members and £68.00 for other institutions. Light refreshments are included in this price.

This session takes place alongside cpd25 Aspects workshop ‘CPD and Learning Technology: skills for librarians to support information and digital literacy’. If an individual books both sessions a 10% discount will be applied.

Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
