Many libraries are developing roving advice and enquiry services. This cpd25 event will set out the knowledge, skills, tools and behaviour that staff need to ensure a successful roving assistance service.

In addition, representatives from libraries where roving has been operating successfully will share their practical experience and discuss some of the tools that have underpinned the success and development of the service.

This event is aimed at library managers and supervisors.

Cost: £140 for CPD25 members and £165 for other institutions.

Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
