How can libraries add value to the student experience agenda?

With an increased need to demonstrate impact and value for money, this event will look at how libraries can add value to the student experience – whether measured by specific NSS, TEF or APP agendas or within contexts including retention and continuation, belonging, welcome and induction and the interplay between academic and professional services.

Speaker Biographies
Sharon Perera is Head of Academic and Digital Skills at the University of Greenwich, helping students succeed through inclusive learning, innovative teaching, and digital transformation. With nearly two decades of experience in higher education, she’s passionate about making learning accessible and meaningful for everyone. Her work has earned national and international recognition, including awards for teaching excellence and academic integrity.
Dave Puplett is Associate Director for Libraries and Academic Enhancement at University of Greenwich, where he has worked for over 10 years. He leads the university library service across Greenwich’s three campuses, as well as academic skills support academic enhancement and learning technology.

- M25 Consortium members receive one free place per institution for each Leadership Briefing event. Additional places cost £75
- Non-M25 Consortium members £112.50

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
