Aims: To consider some of the causes and effects of change in HE Library and Information Services in the 21st Century and to share best practice in managing change.

The programme for the day will involve the outlining and discussion of three case studies covering change management projects involving the ‘building’, ‘staff’ and ‘service delivery’. Three workshops will run in the afternoon and participants will be able to choose between the following topics:
• ICT strategy as a driver of change
• Library and Information professionals attitude to change in the workplace
• How flexible is your workplace – the re-structuring experience.

Cost: £40 for cpd25 member institutions, £70 for non-members.

Please note that there are limited places available for this event. Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
