Moving Into Management – Day 2 [Event Ref. No. TG4/MIM]

cpd25 are delighted to offer this exciting two-day course run by Erica Sosna, a highly skilled and experienced facilitator.

The course will provide you with the relationship, management and planning skills to be able to thrive in any role you find yourself in. It is highly interactive and you will get a lot of practice with each tool that the trainer shares with you.

The first day (9th March) will cover coaching for managers, presentation & general communication skills, how to solve problems as a team and project planning.

The second day (23rd March) will explore time & email management, how to get things done, negotiation, emotional intelligence and how to cope with change.

This course is suitable for anyone seeking to develop their professional skills, learn new tools and enhance their employability & value in the market. Erica is an experienced and highly skilled facilitator and her courses for cpd25 are always popular.

Both days of the course (9th & 23rd March) commence at 9.45am (with registration from 9.30) and finish at 16.30.

Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
