Reflective Practice – Putting it into Practice

Venue: Room 251 Birkbeck, Malet St. building.

This is the follow-up session to the half-day ‘taster’ session that took place in October. A short quiz will ensure everyone is up to speed with basic Reflective Practice theory. Various RP methods will then be explored in detail, highlighting the techniques and strategy involved with journaling, coaching and a team review.

Objectives for participants:
1. Recap on techniques and conditions for reflective practice.
2. Skills in effective use of techniques: diarising, dialogue and team work.
3. Knowledge of common values and methods to be used with all techniques: essential reflective practice conditions.

Cost: £35 for CPD25 members, and £50 for other institutions, including refreshments.

Please note that there are limited places available for this event. Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
