Resilience Booster [TG4/Resilience]

When things are turbulent and uncertain around us, we need to focus on our zone of influence, starting with self, mobilizing all of our inner-resources: body, heart, mind and spirit. In this 60-minute session, Thierry Moschetti, Partner at The Resilience Institute Europe will share simple resilience practices to help you stay calm, energised, positive and productive in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis.

About the speaker

After fifteen years in leadership positions in Europe and in Asia, Thierry founded The Resilience Institute in the UK and in Singapore, part of an international network of resilience experts dedicated to support individuals and teams thrive in times of change with an evidence-based, practical and integral methodology bringing together modern preventative medicine, positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and neuroscience. He has delivered keynotes, workshops and coaching programmes around the world over the past decade. He is a keen Taichi practitioner and lives with his wife and two children in the UK.
