Sharing Best Practice in Library Performance Indicators [Event Ref. No. TG3/KPI]
Twitter – #cpd25_KPI
Join cpd25 for an afternoon looking at best practice in setting and monitoring KPIs and making effective use of them alongside our Results Indicators and other metrics that libraries collect. The event will welcome speakers both internal and external to the M25 Group who will present case studies on their KPIs, including how they were devised and how they are evaluated.
There will be plenty of opportunity for discussion with workshops focussing on using, setting and measuring KPIs as well as considering accountability. The facilitator who has a lot of experience in library statistics and KPIs will bring the discussions together at the end of the afternoon.
