Join the SCONUL Performance and Quality Strategy Group and cpd25 for an afternoon looking at best practice in setting and monitoring KPIs. The event will welcome speakers both internal and external to the M25 who will present case studies on their KPIs including how they were devised and how they are evaluated.

There will be plenty of opportunity for discussion with workshops focussing on using, setting and measuring KPIs as well as considering accountability. A Facilitator from the SCONUL Performance and Quality Strategy Group will bring the discussions together at the end of the afternoon.

 

Programme:

1300-1330 – Registration

1330-1340 – Welcome & Introduction

1340-1410 – Case Studies (University of the Arts, London, Kingston University, University of Sheffield)

1410-1440 – Discussion groups – ‘What KPIs do you use and why?’

1440-1455 – Feedback

1455-1515 – Break

1515-1545 – Discussion groups – ‘Monitoring, reporting and acting upon KPIs’

1515-1600 – Feedback

1600-1615 – Conclusion and close

Cost:

£75 for members and £112 for other institutions.

Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
