CPD25 is very pleased to offer an afternoon discussion forum on the role of staff development during periods of organisational restructuring on Wednesday 24th March 2010. The event will begin with lunch and will be followed by two case studies and a breakout discussion session.

The aim of the informal discussion forum is to explore what is expected of Staff Development Officers by both employers and employees during periods of major organisational restructuring.

• Identify some of the key roles and initiatives which staff development will be expected to provide
