This event is about the provision of support for staff and students in higher education institutions with autism and learning disorders, and will consist of a speaker from a HE institution who is Head of Disability and Dyslexia Services and also a PhD student from a HE institution who will be speaking about their experiences at their own institutions. A short video will be shown about an autistic student at university speaking about their experience.
There will also be an opportunity for attendees to exchange experiences and practices from their own institutions.
It will be of interest to any library and information professional who is part of the front line library service who may have to deal with disabled users or who have an interest in the provision of services and support for disabled users.

£80 for members and £120 for other institutions.
Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
