Visit to London Metropolitan Police Service Archives [Event Ref. No. TG2V/MPS]
Would you like to learn more about the history of the Metropolitan Police, delve deeper into some famous crime cases? cpd25 have organised a visit to the Metropolitan Police archive on Friday, 19th November from 3-5pm.
The MPS holds a valuable collection of historical artefacts, some of which date right from the start of the service in 1829, as well as a comprehensive archive of written and photographic material which traces the development of modern policing and crime.
Meeting details:
The meeting point for the group is 2.45pm at West Brompton Tube Station. We will then have a short five minute walk to the archive.
