Quality Assurance [TG3/Quality]
How do academic libraries evaluate and ensure the quality of their services? How can we benchmark our performance against peer institutions while maintaining a strong commitment to continuous improvement and innovation? Our speakers will share a range of initiatives—from feedback-capturing tools like whiteboards, to TEF Gold achievements, to strategic approaches in collection management. With the NSS providing broad institutional feedback, we’ll explore how academic libraries can more precisely assess their own impact and ensure the consistent delivery of excellent, student-centred services.

Leanne Workman, Royal Holloway: ‘Less Is More: Reinvigorating Collections for Quality and Discovery’
