Visit to the Mercers’ Hall and Chapel[TG2v/Mercers]
Tour of Mercers’ Hall and Chapel. Includes the history of the site, which the Mercers’ have been on for over 700 years. The group will get to see some of the surviving adornments of previous halls, as well as paintings and the Statue of the Dead Christ (rare example of early monastic art surviving the reformation) discovered after the Blitz.
Accessibility: At points throughout the tour there are rooms with chairs that can be used. The tour will be approx. 40 minutes. There is also a lift to the first floor which can be used as well as a lift from reception down to the ground floor. Please let us know if you have any mobility issues beforehand, as the venue will need to complete a Personal Emergency Evacuation plan: email cpd25@london.ac.uk.

If subsequent to booking a place on a cpd25 visit you find that you are unable to attend, we ask that you let us know this as soon as possible.
Cancellations received less than three working days before the event will be charged a £15 cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, £25 will be charged.
