Booking Information
Terms and conditions for booking M25 and cpd25 events are set out below. Please read the individual event’s listing page for any additional and/or specific booking conditions.
Members and non-member delegates
Events are provided in the first instance for staff working in the member institutions of the M25 Consortium. We also take bookings from external organisations on most of our events (excluding library visits, Leadership Briefings and some other events), at a higher fee.
A booking request does not guarantee a place, and the M25 Consortium reserves the right to restrict bookings in certain circumstances to ensure fair distribution of places amongst our members.
Additional booking information
For non-members, including those from non-UK & Ireland delegates, on the booking form we will request an additional name, email address and contact information in case of payment queries.
Invoices and payment terms
Invoices will be raised after each event, referencing Purchase Order numbers. Payment terms are 28 days from the date of the invoice. There are separate arrangements for invoices for non-UK & Ireland delegates, see ‘Bookings from outside the UK and Ireland’ below.
Cancellations
A cancellation up to one week before an event will incur a 50% charge of the original fee. ‘No-shows’ on the day of an event will be charged at 100%. Please also check the footer of each event page for any specific cancellation policies for an event.
Visit cancellations
Visits are subject to an alternative cancellation policy. If, after booking a place on a cpd25 visit, you find that you are unable to attend, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations received less than three working days before the event will be charged a £15 cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, £25 will be charged. Please check the footer of each event page for cancellation policies for individual events.
Bookings from outside the UK and Ireland
For non-member delegates registering to attend an online or in person event who are located outside the UK or Ireland, there are additional conditions:
- We will request additional contact details of a manager or another member of staff, to contact in case of payment queries.
- We require payment in advance of the event. Once we have confirmed your place, we will issue your invoice.
- If we do not receive payment before the date of the event, we will inform you that your place has been cancelled and you will not be able to attend.
- You can cancel your place; cancellations of up to two weeks before an event will incur a 50% charge of the original fee. After that date, cancellations will be charged at 100%

Certificates of attendance
Certificates of attendance are available for most cpd25 events. If you wish to request a certificate, please email cpd25@london.ac.uk
