Data driven Library Services [TG3/DATA]

10:00 am - 12:30 pm

Event Type

Data driven Library Services: exploration of how Libraries can use the wealth of data we collect to enhance and improve our service.

Libraries by their very nature do a fabulous job of collecting data, but how do we use it to our advantage? What data don’t we collect and why should we start? How can data help us to future proof our services and guide us to making decisions that will enhance our customers experience? This session will provide case studies on how data has been used successfully to make decisions about library services & offer a chance to explore how you could use data to make informed judgements in your workplaces.
