CPD25 is pleased to offer a full day seminar for library assistants. It is suitable for those without LIS qualifications.
Three options for obtaining non-degree level LIS qualifications while working are covered: NVQ, ECDL and CILIP Certification (ACLIP).
The morning will include group exercises and discussions on identifying skills and using day-to-day opportunities to enhance them; and in the afternoon there will be talks and opportunities for questions and discussion about CILIP certification and building a portfolio.

Cost is £55 for CPD25 members and £80 for other institutions, including lunch and refreshments.
A half day rate is also available for those wanting to attend either the morning or afternoon session only. The cost per half day is £30 for cpd25 members and £45 for other institutions.

Please note that there are 25 places available, which will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Any cancellations made within one week of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a “no show” on the day 100% cancellation charges will apply.
