Career development

This is part of a series of online events, aiming to provide a safe and supportive space for staff to meet and share issues and experiences of library work during the pandemic. The session will run for an hour, using Zoom breakout spaces to allow small group chat. Moderators will be present to help collate ideas which can be shared with all participants.

For this event, the theme is around the experience of developing your career and pursuing CPD during a pandemic. Have you found it difficult to keep up with your professional development over the past few months? Have you attended events online? What are the tips and advice you would give to others?
