Exchange of experience: supporting each other during COVID-19
Managing the student experience during lockdown
This is part of a series of online events, aiming to provide a safe and supportive space for staff to meet and share issues and experiences of library work during the pandemic. The session will run for an hour, using Zoom breakout spaces to allow small group chat. Moderators will be present to help collate ideas which can be shared with all participants.
This event is open to all M25 Consortium members. We are using a theme for each event, so there is a focus. For this event, it is around the student experience and managing it during lockdown. This could include sharing top tips about how your institutions have maintained the student experience during lockdowns. What has worked well and what hasn’t. Also, what practices you have put into place to support your students to create a safe environment, and any services that you have tweaked or introduced to enhance and maintain the student experience.
