Following cpd25’s successful workshop on Focus Groups in Academic libraries last year, this event updates and develops the issues discussed then.

Focus groups can be an extremely effective technique for gathering information from users, providing rich information and insights which can supplement and develop information obtained and library surveys to provide a more complete picture of user requirements.

This year’s event builds on last year, but is suitable for everyone, whether or not you attended previously.
