M25 Directors’ Briefing
Directors and Heads of Service are invited to attend a Directors’ Briefing titled ‘From Policy Soup to Deliverable Strategy: a briefing for senior library staff’. Directors are invited to send a deputy if unable to attend themselves.
In this Directors’ Briefing, our speakers will present on their own experience and reflections developing and implementing policy in response to shifting external environments, and how this also influences strategy development. There will be a particular focus on engaging users and stakeholders in developing sustainable, policy-related services. This session is intended to provide library leaders with a range of perspectives and tips on connecting policy with strategy.

Costs
- Members – M25 Consortium members receive one free Directors’ Briefing place per institution per membership year. Additional member places cost £50
- Non-M25 Consortium members £75
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
