Who should attend?
Senior and middle managers in leadership roles
What will you learn?
Why performance management at a “strategic” level is essential, how to strengthen a positive view of performance management in your Unit and how you can progress performance management and connect it to your Unit achieving its goals.
Content – Our specific Goals will be to:
• Strengthen and clarify participants’ “Vision” for performance management and how this would track through to improved performance for their Unit.
• Identify specifically how they need to contribute personally in their management role to driving effective performance management.
• Learn and apply some key models and ideas for tackling real performance management issues in their Units.
• Identify any further specific actions at both Unit and personal levels that are needed to drive performance management forward- a Personal Action Plan for progress.

Booking is available for the whole series of 5 full day Management Development events, at a special rate of £500 for cpd25 members.
Individual events can be booked at a cost of £115.

Please note that there are limited places available for this event. Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
