cpd25 is very pleased to offer an afternoon discussion forum looking at the new M25 Customer Services Group. There will be a representative from each task group who will talk about the work they are doing, and we will look at ways in which your staff can get involved in the opportunities these groups offer.

Programme:

13:00 – 13:30 – Sandwich Lunch

13.30 – 13.50 – Welcome and introduction to the M25 Customer Services Group

13.50 – 15.00 – Presentations:

Communication and Events Task Group – Angus Brown

Quality in Customer Services Task Group – Christina Lewis

Service Improvement Task Group – Matthew Brooke

Benchmarking Task Group – Lis Hannon

15.00 – 15.15 – Tea, Coffee and biscuits

15.15 – 15.45 – Group Discussion

15.45 – 16.15 – Feedback session and conclusion

Cost: £60 for members.

Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
