* New ways of learning – a chance to discuss the many and varied ways our new generation of students are learning. What technologies are available and how they can be used.

* Widening participation / diversity – increasing numbers of students are attending HE for the first time. How should staff be prepared to meet their specific needs? What barriers or obstacles may be in their way?
