Since the introduction of tuition fees the relationship between students and their university has undergone an evolution with more demands placed on institutions to provide added value for their customers.

How have libraries and other services responded to this? We have a number of case studies to share with you:

Cost:

£70 for members and £105 for other institutions.

Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
