Meeting Instructions:
There is no central reception desk at BFI Southbank, and it is a notoriously difficult building to navigate. If you don’t know the building then it is recommended that you enter via the Lightbox Entrance on Theatre Avenue (opposite the National Theatre), where you will find the library on your left.

Please convene in the foyer opposite the library ten minutes before the visit is due to commence.

No food or drink (except bottled water) is permitted in the reading room. There are several bars and cafes nearby, including in the building, and the Benugo bar and kitchen is opposite the library.

This visit is free of charge.

Please note that there are limited places available for this visit.

To reserve a space please use our online booking form or email the administrator via cpd25@london.ac.uk

If, subsequent to booking a place on a cpd25 visit, you find that you are unable to attend, we ask that you let us know this as soon as possible. We invariably have a long waiting list of people for each visit and this means that we can then offer your place to one of them.
