Event Type

The Wellcome Library houses collections of books, manuscripts, archives, films and pictures on the history of medicine from the earliest times to the present day.

This visit will cover a tour of the library and a viewing of their archive material and would be of use to any library staff or information professionals who are interested in special collections or the history of medicine.

The visit is free of charge.

Please note that there are limited places available for this visit.

Meeting details:
Attendees should report to reception on the ground floor when they arrive where a staff member will meet you and escort you to the library. Please note that all bags and coats should be placed in the ground floor cloakroom.

There is a Peyton and Byrne cafe on the ground floor if you require any refreshments.
