Working from Home [TG4/WFH]
Background To Course:
Working from home is easy to do for a short time, but in the long term most people experience problems with motivation and isolation. This course gives tried and tested guidelines and good practices for these situations.
Intro Session:
Planning Productivity
♦ Intros, one thing that helps
♦ Discussion: Basic principles
♦ Planning Work – the Kim method
♦ Discussion – extending the method
A discussion of home working problems and sharing tips that help lead to developing simple planning tools for organising your home-work, including the quick ‘Kim’ method, which reduces stress and increases motivation. Adapting your own version of this method to maximise productivity.
