Building resilience has never been more critical.  When the world around us feels unpredictable, the most effective place to focus is within: mobilising our physical, emotional, and cognitive resources to stay grounded and effective. In this evidence-based session delivered by the Resilience Institute, you will walk away with simple, practical resilience habits to help you stay calm, energised, focused, and connected.

Trainer Biography:

Thierry Moschetti: After fifteen years in the service industry — spanning leadership roles across Europe and Asia and a personal experience with burnout — Thierry found his calling in resilience. In 2010, he joined the Resilience Institute, a research-driven organisation that builds individual and organisational resilience through assessments, targeted training, and certification programs.

Thierry holds a Master in Management and is a certified ACTA trainer and assessor with the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. He is also certified in Emotional Intelligence and Qigong, an ancient Chinese discipline that weaves together gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness to cultivate energy and restore calm.

His work takes him into the heart of global organisations — including AXA, BNP Paribas, Google, P&G, and Thales — where he delivers keynotes, training interventions, and coaching programs. Driven by a deep interest in resilience, flow, and leadership, Thierry is committed to translating cutting-edge research into practical, lasting strategies for individuals and teams.
