Finding out Student Perspectives [TG3/student_pers]
Finding out Student Perspectives
How do we find out what our students expect from our service?
This event aims to show different ways we can gather student perspectives and use the feedback. Our speakers will be covering the use of student feedback in library environment planning, using specialist library surveys, employing UX techniques and the impact of working to gain customer service accreditation. The session will finish with a brief Q&A session with the speakers, providing a chance to share ideas and experiences.
