This workshop is part of the cpd25 Aspects programme, aimed at library staff looking to acquire additional skills and knowledge or staff working towards Chartership.

Recruitment during a pandemic is new ground for everyone, how do we know we’re making the right decision when you might not be able to visit your new workplace or meet your new colleagues face to face? Speakers will provide first-hand experienced gained over the past year on applying for jobs online and leading recruitment remotely, what has worked well and what hasn’t. This session aims to benefit those looking for a new role, or team member, and how to make the experience of remote recruitment as seamless as possible.
