The Career Equation® model at the heart of this programme gives you a crystal-clear definition of your uniqueness and helps you turn it into a powerful point of difference. You will leave with real clarity about your personal direction and a concise and specific career plan that you can use as a map to achieve your goals and take action to turn those aspirations into reality. Together we will explore what career fulfilment means to you and create a career plan to help you realise your full potential.
In this half-day workshop we will:
- Define what success means to you
- Create your own Career Design Statement
- Define a meaningful career goal
- Develop a personalised career plan to take away with you
Programme:
1pm Registration and tea/coffee
1.30pm Define your career design statement: what is a career design statement and why does it matter?
2pm The ‘Career Equation’ Exercise: what environmental factors will help you to thrive?
3pm Comfort break
3.20pm Career Goals and Your Career Plan: Define an impactful career goal for up to the next 12 months and your long-term vision for the future
4.30pm End
Trainer:
Nicole Godetz is a versatile and creative consultant specialising in improving the working practices and, in turn, the performance of individuals, schools, businesses and organisations.
“A supportive, insightful and motivating facilitator” committed to getting the best out of all individuals and driving a strong collaborative mentality to bring teams together and encourage reflective thinking.
Highly recognised as an open and honest communicator, using intuitive listening skills and acute emotional intelligence. Nicole brings a breadth of experience as a coaching expert and Project Manager with proven expertise in mediation, stakeholder management, logistics, facilitation, review and change management.
Nicole’s background, prior to her move into consultancy for individuals and organisations, is 25 years of leadership experience, 17 as an executive headteacher in a number of complicated London schools. She has significant experience managing diverse and complex senior teams in a high accountability sector, building their resilience while rapid shifts in stakeholder expectations were the only certainty. She is now an experienced workforce consultant and is super practical in the tools and techniques she shares.

Attendees will receive free entry to the rest of the Foundling Museum during opening hours on the day of the event.

£90 for members
£180 for non members
Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
