Mentoring Training – cpd25 and the M25 Mentoring Scheme – October 2023

cpd25 Task Group 1 and members of the M25 Mentoring Scheme ran an online event to provide an introduction to mentoring, including best practice and tips on undertaking effective mentoring conversations, an opportunity to hear from a seasoned mentor about their experience, and an overview of the M25’s own Mentoring Scheme. The event was primarily aimed at staff from M25 member institutions who are considering taking on a mentoring role, particularly through the M25 Mentoring Scheme, but also of interest to anyone exploring mentoring.
