Staff Development Awards

The M25 Consortium of Academic Libraries offers Staff Development Awards each year for staff of member libraries.

We are committed to enhancing the experience of all those working within our member libraries, and these awards directly support this. People are at the heart of the Consortium and our member libraries. We recognise that supporting all staff to achieve their potential is key to the success for our members.

The M25 Staff Development Awards form part of the charitable work of the Consortium and are a fantastic opportunity for staff working in any role at any level in any of our diverse member libraries to attend training, a conference or other event, to enhance their professional development and to network with others.

Applications for Staff Development Awards 2026 now open!
